About IronLand

Who we are

IronLand is an online marketplace operated as part of the All Farmers, One Platform network. Dealers and private sellers list machines they hold, buyers search by hours, class and attachment, and the machine is inspected before it moves. Members come to us to find tractors, loaders, diggers and dumpers, tillage and harvest equipment, trailers and commercial vehicles, grounds maintenance and workshop plant without an auction house, a middleman or a commission on the sale.

We trade under the domain ironland.com. Every message that reaches our team is answered by a person, and enquiries are answered on business days.

What we do

• We publish and moderate a public board, so that an advert shown on it is real, priced and placed by an identifiable member.
• We give each member one account that carries across the whole partner network, so a single registration is enough to trade on every site of the group.
• We answer enquiries from buyers and sellers and remove adverts that break our rules — see the Terms & Conditions.
• We keep the platform available, backed up and secured, and we publish how personal data is handled in our Privacy Policy.

How a deal happens

A seller places an advert. A buyer reads it and sends a message from the advert itself. The two agree price, collection and payment between themselves. IronLand never takes custody of the goods, never holds the money and never becomes a party to the contract that buyer and seller make with each other.

What we charge

Browsing and messaging are free. Where we introduce a paid feature — a promoted placement, a bulk upload, a business account — the price appears on screen before you confirm it, and no payment is taken until you start it.

Our standards

• Every advert is reviewed, and any member can report one that looks wrong.
• We do not sell personal data and we run no advertising trackers.
• Descriptions, prices and photographs must match the item actually on offer.
• Live stock, plant material, vehicles and machinery are advertised under the rules that apply where the item is located.

Where we are going

The network behind IronLand exists so that a farmer, a contractor, a dealer or a grower does not have to explain themselves twice: one account, one profile, and a board for each trade. This site is published in ten languages and we add more as members ask.
