Permitted Use
You may view, browse and print pages of this site for your own internal, non-commercial use - including evaluating a machine you intend to buy or rent. This limited license does not include: reproducing or reselling the design or content, scraping or automated harvesting of lot data for another listing site or price-feed, creating derivative works from our content, framing the interface, or removing or obscuring copyright and trademark notices. Commercial reuse requires our prior written permission - ask through the contact page.
Third-Party Manufacturers, Brands and Model Names
Manufacturer names, model designations and part numbers (for example excavator, drill, combine, forklift and truck models) appear on lot tickets for one purpose only: to identify the equipment a seller is offering. Those names remain the property of their respective owners. IronLand.com is independent, is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer or dealer association, and makes no representation about genuine parts or factory support. Sellers may only use brand names to describe machines they actually own or represent.

Seller-Owned Material
Photographs and descriptions posted with a lot stay the property of the seller who posted them. The seller grants IronLand.com a non-exclusive license to display that material on the lot ticket and in category listings, and grants other users no rights beyond viewing the ticket.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe material published on IronLand.com infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights - including a lot ticket that uses your brand, your photographs or your dealership name without authority - tell us through the contact page and identify the lot number, the work you own and the rights you hold. We investigate and remove infringing tickets promptly.
Trademarks & Violations
IronLand and related marks are trademarks of IronLand.com. Unauthorized use of our copyrighted materials may result in legal action, including claims for statutory damages, actual damages and attorney's fees.
