IronLand.com is an online listing yard where dealers, rental companies and equipment owners advertise machines for sale or for rent, and where buyers and renters find them. Everything published on the site - lot tickets, specifications, hours, mileage, condition grades, prices, weekly rates, photographs and seller details - is supplied by the party who posted it and is offered as general information, not as a warranty, an appraisal, an inspection report or professional advice.
Verify the Machine Before You Buy or Rent
IronLand.com does not see, start, measure or test any machine. We cannot confirm that hours are true, that a rebuild happened as described, that a machine runs, that a photograph shows the unit listed, or that a seller still owns it. Before committing money, inspect the machine in person, pull a telematics or ECM hour log, walk the undercarriage, request the service binder, and where the value justifies it, hire an independent equipment inspector, appraiser or mechanic. Buy what you have seen, at the condition you have verified.
Title, Liens and Encumbrances
Nothing on this site is a representation that a machine is free of liens, security interests, finance statements, repossession rights, import restrictions or other encumbrances. Before payment, the buyer must independently search the applicable lien and UCC filings, obtain a written lien release or payoff letter, confirm the seller's authority to sell, and settle sales, use and documentary stamp taxes. The same applies to a renter: confirm the party releasing the machine has the right to let it go.
No Marketplace Services, No Transactions
IronLand.com does not take possession of equipment, act as agent or auctioneer, take bids, hold or escrow funds, arrange financing, insure machines or freight, or sign any part of a sale or rental contract. Every transaction is concluded directly between buyer and seller, or between owner and renter, on the paper those two parties write. Any statement made in a chat, an email or a phone call about a lot is the responsibility of the person who made it.
Rentals, Safety and Compliance
Rental terms, damage waivers, wear-and-tear thresholds, transport, fuel, site access and liability for a rented machine are agreed between the owner and the renter, not with IronLand.com. Operating heavy equipment carries serious risk: the buyer or renter is responsible for trained and certified operators, guarding and ROPS/FOPS integrity, lockout and blocking practice, local and national safety regulation, emissions and DEF requirements, road-legal lighting, brakes and DOT compliance, and any permits needed to move an oversize load.
